Please read these Terms carefully. They govern access to floneo.co and the FloNeo website, waitlist, demos, applications, platform, AI-assisted features, visual builder, workflows, exports, integrations, subscriptions and related services (“Services”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to floneo.co and the FloNeo website, waitlist, demos, applications, platform, AI-assisted features, visual builder, workflows, exports, integrations, subscriptions and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
The Services are provided by FloNeo Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Door No. 1-650, Thazham North, Kollam, Kerala 691572, India. Contact: admin@floneo.co.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. Unless FloNeo expressly provides an age-verified service with required parental consent, users must be at least 18. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you authorise.
Waitlist registration does not guarantee access, timing, a particular feature or a commercial offer. Early-access and beta features may be incomplete, changed, limited, suspended or withdrawn. Data, outputs and configurations in test environments may be reset. Do not rely on an early-access feature for a critical production process unless FloNeo expressly confirms that use in writing.
Demonstrations may use sample, hardcoded, simulated or preconfigured data and flows. A demonstration is not a guarantee that every shown behaviour is available in the same form in the current product or included in a future plan. FloNeo will identify material demo-only limitations where relevant.
You may use the Services for lawful application building, workflow automation, testing, evaluation, collaboration and business purposes within your plan, customer agreement and applicable law. You are responsible for the applications, content, data, decisions and processes you create or operate through FloNeo.
You may not use the Services for:
AI-generated interfaces, code, workflows, content, classifications and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review and test outputs before use, especially permissions, data handling, calculations, security, legal or regulatory requirements and any decision affecting a person. FloNeo does not guarantee first-prompt perfection, fixed output or zero rework.
Token Insurance is a product-design principle intended to reduce avoidable AI work and provide clearer cost and change boundaries. It is not an insurance product, a fixed-price guarantee or a promise that complex engineering will be free.
Certain AI actions may consume credits or other usage units. The applicable plan should explain included credits, eligible actions, additional usage, expiry or rollover rules, rate limits and other restrictions. Estimates are informational and actual usage may differ where the task, model, context or integration changes. Visual edits described as no-credit actions remain subject to the current product scope and fair-use controls.
Prices, billing frequency, included usage and taxes are shown before purchase or stated in an order form. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another approved provider. You authorise the provider and FloNeo to process the payment and related billing information.
Where a subscription renews automatically, the renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the plan, order form, customer agreement and applicable law. Enterprise and implementation fees may be non-refundable once work has begun or committed resources have been allocated, unless the agreement states otherwise.
You retain your rights in the prompts, data, files, designs, content and other material you provide, subject to rights you grant us to operate the Services. You grant FloNeo a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, display and modify that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy or customer agreement.
You are responsible for obtaining permissions and lawful bases for the data you place in FloNeo or in an application built with FloNeo. If you build an application for another organisation, you are responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s privacy notice, consent, security and regulatory obligations are met.
FloNeo is built around customer ownership and portability. The exact ownership, code access, export formats, deployment packages and migration support available to you are defined by the product release, plan, order form or customer agreement. FloNeo does not transfer ownership of its platform, proprietary models, templates, tooling or pre-existing intellectual property.
Exports may contain or depend on open-source software, third-party libraries, model outputs, APIs or services subject to their own licences and terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those requirements when using, modifying, distributing or deploying an export.
FloNeo and its licensors own the Services, brand, software, designs, documentation, templates, platform architecture and other intellectual property, excluding user content and third-party material. These Terms provide a limited right to use the Services; they do not transfer ownership of the FloNeo platform or brand.
The Services may integrate with AI providers, hosting platforms, databases, payment processors, CRM, WhatsApp, analytics, email, APIs and other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, availability, security and privacy practices. FloNeo is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, outage, pricing change or data use.
FloNeo uses reasonable security measures, but no service is completely secure. You must protect credentials, manage authorised users, configure roles and permissions, test workflows, maintain appropriate backups where the plan requires, and avoid placing unsupported sensitive data in the Services. Enterprise security, hosting and incident responsibilities may be stated in a separate agreement.
FloNeo may improve, change, add, remove or discontinue features. We may perform maintenance, enforce fair-use or security limits, and suspend access where necessary to protect the Services. Support channels, response targets and service levels apply only where stated in the relevant plan or customer agreement.
FloNeo may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse of the Services or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and cancel according to the applicable plan. After termination, access to data and exports may be limited or removed according to the retention period in the plan, customer agreement and Privacy Policy. Export important data before access ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. FloNeo does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, fitness for every purpose, production readiness, legal compliance of a user-built application or that AI output will be accurate, secure or unique. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing and approving what you build.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FloNeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from the Services. FloNeo’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to FloNeo for the affected Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a customer agreement or applicable law requires a different limit.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify FloNeo against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content or data, an application or workflow you build or operate, or your breach of these Terms or another person’s rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kollam, Kerala will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law and any separate dispute-resolution provision in an enterprise or partner agreement.
FloNeo may update these Terms as the Services, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Where a change materially affects paid Services, we will provide additional notice where reasonably required.
